Pricing- the majority of pricing includes shipping for stateside residents. If you are a non-stateside resident, we will still ship to you, and the shipping difference will be calculated during your checkout.

**SOME COUNTRIES currently do not allow shipping from the U.S. It is your responsibility to look up your country and see if this applies to you or not.

Is your ceramic work functional?

Yes.

Is it microwave safe/dishwasher safe?

It depends on the piece. We always list the care instructions in the product description so please review. The majority of our items are both microwave and dishwasher safe, but we always recommend washing the item by hand so the piece will last longer.

Do you include the tracking number with my order?

Yes. Once your item is shipped you will receive your tracking number.

How quickly do you ship?

Within 3-5 business days, sometimes quicker. The exception to this is pre-orders, as they are made to order.

How long do pre-orders take?

Pre-orders estimate 6-8 weeks to complete before they are shipped to you. Usually, this timeframe is met; however, on occasion it may take longer due to events beyond our control (kiln issues, illness arises, etc.) 

Will I get a notification when my pre-ordered item is ready?

Yes. When your pre-ordered item is ready to ship, you will receive a shipping notification as well as a tracking number.

What if I wasn't able to get the piece I wanted?

Don't sweat it. We try to have a restock every 4 weeks. Sign up for the email list so you can be notified a week in advance of a shop restock!

Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your item, please contact us directly and we will do our best to resolve the concern.

 

Do you offer Wholesale?
